Chester City Construction brings together two trades that used to be two separate phone calls. Formerly TJ Brickland Construction handled the building side; the joinery came from Radcliffe Joinery. Now they are one team, led by Tom Brickland and Shane Radcliffe, working across Chester and Cheshire.
That matters in practice more than it sounds. A wall coming out, a staircase changing shape, or a run of fitted units going in no longer means coordinating two contractors around each other. It is one team, one plan, one point of contact.
