Every extension starts with a look at your house, not a generic template. We talk through what the room needs to do, how it joins the rest of the house, and what your neighbours and the council will need to see.

We handle groundwork, brickwork, roofing, first fix and second fix under one roof, with our own joinery team finishing doors, skirting and fitted spaces. One point of contact, start to end.

Planning and building regulations guidance is part of the conversation from day one. We tell you plainly what needs permission, what falls under permitted development, and what building control will want to inspect. This is general guidance, not legal advice — your case may differ.

Conservatory bases, rendering, and roofline work often come up alongside an extension. We do all three as part of the same project rather than bringing in separate trades.
